Coaching for Life
FCC offers themed coaching packages to help individuals with specific challenges such as navigating life while becoming a “better man,” unmasking neurodivergence, managing a diverse team, life transitions, career and business development, parenting neurodivergent children, and more.
Themed coaching packages are offered similarly to a seasonal menu at a high-end restaurant. Packages vary during different times of year and are dependent on interest and need.
Current Themed Coaching Packages:
BAND Practice: for Black And Neurodivergent Adults Wanting to “Play” Better
BAND = Black and Neurodivergent. This offering is for Black adults of all genders who are neurodivergent, or who think they might be neurodivergent.
What you get:
- 5 individual sessions (60 minutes each)
- 3 group sessions (60 minutes each)
- Access to Monthly virtual “Office Hours”
- 12-Month access to My Genius Finder neurodivergent strengths assessment
- BAND workbook including guided reflections, resources, and space for notes
- Payments can be spread out over 6, 12, or 18 months using the Affirm payment option in checkout
Sessions are led by Wesley Wade and use a mixture evidence-based and Black-centered emancipatory approaches such as relational cultural therapy (RCT), the multidimensional model of (Black) racial identity, intersectionality, WDEP model, and CBT.
Sessions address topics such as unmasking while enduring racism, understanding & applying your strengths, regulating emotions, navigating your workplace while Black, and unpacking your identity.

Challenge Accepted — $480 or $660
Challenge Accepted is FCC’s standalone coaching package for adults of all races and genders who want work on a specific goal, project, or simply improve their well-being in a more directive manner than traditional talk therapy.
