FCC provides clinical mental health counseling, professional coaching, and consulting services for individuals, families, communities, and organizations.
We all need help, it’s not just you. Organizing the details of life, making sense of the internal conflicts and self-doubts that can hold us back, unpacking the impact of unprocessed trauma, all of this and more are normal things we deal with.
You’re not weird, you’re not bad, you’re not dumb. Getting help is not weak.
Creating a workplace culture that centers the autonomy and support your staff needs is the right thing to do, and it will pay off.
Welcome, FCC is prepared to partner with you and accelerate your move forward.
We all experience transitions. Graduation, a new career, organizational shifts, and new relationships are all examples of exciting transitions steeped in the ambiguity of what is to come. All of FCC’s clients are facing some type of transition, and they know navigating the journey is better when someone they trust is with them–someone who is ready to process, challenge, and encourage them along the way.
Transitions
Neurodiversity is an area of speciality for FCC. If you are–or think you might be–neurodivergent, the everyday grind of life can be exhausting, confusing, and frustrating. Neurodiversity is not just a trendy buzzword, it is a three-fold theoretical framework seeking equity for all neurocognitive profiles with an aim to help individuals, communities, and organizations embrace differences and celebrate strengths.
Neurodiversity
Life is more enjoyable when we have an abundance of authentic, supportive, and engaging relationships. The challenge for some of us is establishing and maintaining these relationships, whether at school, at work, in your community, or even within your own family. Sometimes we all need a little help to understand ourselves better and strengthen our capacity to engage with life.
Relationships
Just go forward.
