Current Specialty Workshops

Specialty learning & development workshops combine professional experience and expertise, related-research, and lived experience. Workshops are led by two subject matter specialists who provide a robust, educational, and dynamic experience.

Each workshop is designed using an intersectional lens and a progressive learning style, meaning concepts are presented in a “bottom up” systemizing manner. Workshops begin with a focus on knowledge, then build into comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.

Organizational needs can be complex and heavy with nuance. Therefore, all specialty workshops tailored for client needs and are offered in a 2 or 3 part series format (series can be virtual, hybrid, or in-person). Take a look at our current specialty workshop offers.

Working With Neurodivergence

This workshop is designed for people managers and their teams, neurotypical and neurodivergent leaders, and contributors at all levels. Wesley Wade & Dr. Chelsia Potts lead participants through a deep dive in neurodivergence highlighting the intersectional challenges and needs individuals experience and within cultivating neuro-inclusive spaces, as well as the best-practices for establishing and sustaining these spaces.

About the co-presenter:

Dr. Chelsia Potts has been featured the NY Times and ABC News for her work within the neurodiversity movement in addition to her own impressive professional and academic career. Additionally, Dr. Potts has a TikTok following of over 280k where she shares content about unmasking as a Black and neurodivergent adult, how to ask for accommodations, general guidance for navigating adulthood as neurodivergent.
