Counseling & Coaching with FCC

It can take a while to find a therapist who is well-aligned with your needs, goals, and personality. Maybe you have tried other therapists. Maybe this is your first time. Either way, feel validated in the effort you are putting in because this is not easy.

Below are a few items to help de-mystify the process about getting started with counseling and/or coaching services with FCC.

If you have additional questions, you are more than welcome to send an email to our Admin at admin@fcc-pllc.com

**Unfortunately, FCC does not currently bill for insurance.**

Most insurance providers will reimburse all or a portion of your mental health counseling sessions as long as you provide an invoice with proof of payment and the appropriate information required from your mental health provider (which you will receive after each session with FCC).

Additionally, you can use your FSA, HSA, debit, and/or credit card to pay for your sessions with FCC.

You found FCC. This looks like it could be a fit. But what now?

  • Take a deep breath and pat yourself on the back. You’ve already come further than most.

  • Take some time to think about the logistics you need, as in insurance versus out of pocket, virtual versus in-person, or specific concerns you might have.

If you have questions, we have a few answers.

  • For general questions about logistics, billing, and services offered, send an email to our Admin at admin@fcc-pllc.com

  • FCC can provide mental health counseling services virtually if you live in one of the states listed on the Counseling Compact map.
